Upcoming Events Please mark your calendar and join us for the following special programs and events: Learn to read, write and speak Hebrew – Congregation Beth Am is offering a 6-week course in Hebrew for adults. Beginning on Thursday, August 21 at 7 p.m., two classes will be offered. The first hour is for those who want to learn to read Hebrew. Following a 30-minute break, the second hour, starting at 8:30 p.m., will focus on modern conversational Hebrew and cursive writing. The classes will be taught by Rachel Weiner, who has spent the past 30 years developing teaching methods and teaching classes in Hebrew. These classes are offered at no cost to any member of the Central Florida Jewish community.
